ABOUT THE PROJECT
With IWURI, my goal was to build a brand that feels joyful, bold, and full of personality, just like the candles themselves. From the very beginning, I wanted the visuals to reflect that mix of playfulness and elegance, something that would stand out and feel different from the typical “minimal and beige” candle brands.
One of the biggest design features is the illustration work. I created bold, quirky artworks for each scent that bring the brand’s story to life in a really fun and expressive way. The labels are carefully balanced, lots of detail in the illustrations, but with a clean layout that keeps the scent name and logo easy to read.
I also developed a full logo suite, paired with rounded typography and a vibrant, cheerful color palette. The pinks, teal, and mustard add personality without overwhelming the eye, and they translate beautifully across packaging, stickers, and stationery.
Overall, I wanted everything to feel cohesive and easy to use, while still being packed with character. The final result is a brand that feels confident, creative, and a little bit unexpected, just like IWURI.
